Whether you made your purchase online, by mail or at a retail location, you may return or exchange it by mail to the address below. Please include a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase and your reason for the return. If you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:

- Reason for the return

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS using the information you provide at checkout. Most US gound shipments arrive in 3-6 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email once the order is completed.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS unless otherwise requested. If you cannot receive USPS, please leave a note in the comments and we will do our best to accomodate you. Only US orders qualify for free shipping. International orders must select a valid shipping option.
